Just like to say we walked the Hillary Trail a little while ago and what an absolutely fabulous experience we had, the views you get of the West Coast on sections of the trail are just breath taking and the tranquil sections through the isolated bush and trees are just so peaceful, we carried our supplies and camped in a tent the trail took four days of hard walking but fully recommend the walk to any one visiting the Auckland area.
