Auckland is a fantastic city and there are many activities to do while visiting Auckland, the Hauraki Gulf is Auckland's play ground and with many islands scattered around the Gulf there are endless places to explore, the west coast offers many beach walks and is home to the Hillary Trail a multi day walk along the wild west coast with stunning views.
